The Attendance Web App can be used by clients to check into or book Classes directly from a dedicated terminal at your business.
The following table describes each setting that you can customize. To learn how to access these settings, see Configuring your Attendance Web App policies.
|Logo||Determines the appearance of your company logo on the Attendance Web App. We recommend that you use a PNG image with a transparent background. The minimum resolution for this image is 220×100, the maximum resolution is 1024×1024, and the maximum file size is 20 MB.
Set the Display Business Name option to ON or OFF. When set to ON, the name displayed is based on the entry in the associated text box.
|Logo Background Color||Determines the background color of your logo when the image has a transparent background.|
|Check-In Confirmation Screen||Determines whether or not a confirmation screen is displayed when clients self check-in and how long that screen is shown before returning to the web app.|
|Policies||Determines your client self check-in business rules for the Attendance Web App.|
|After x seconds of inactivity, display upcoming classes||Determines how many seconds will pass before the check-in screen in the Attendance Web App will return to the default screen selected in the drop-down menu.|
|Allow client to check-in to sessions in progress||When set to ON, this option allows clients to self check-in to sessions that are already in progress up to 15 minutes late.|
|Allow client to check-in unpaid||When set to ON, this option allows clients to self check-in to sessions that have not been paid for yet.|
|Allow client check-in without booking prior||When set to ON, this option allows clients to self check-in to sessions that have not been booked ahead of time.|
|Look ahead window displays sessions that are coming up in the next x minutes/hours/days||Enter the number of minutes or hours that the system should look ahead for booked classes. Click the drop-down menu to choose between minutes or hours.|
