Managing a leaderboard

The leaderboard displays your clients and the number of rewards points they have earned with your rewards program. Your clients are ranked on the leaderboard based on their total number of rewards points. Custom contests can be created to track the number of rewards points that have been earned by clients over a specified time period.

To view your leaderboard:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Rewards.
  3. On the Rewards menu, click Leaderboard.

To activate or deactivate your leaderboard:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Rewards.
  3. On the Rewards menu, click Leaderboard.
  4. On the Leaderboard page, activate or deactivate the leaderboard:
    • To activate the leaderboard, set the ON/OFF option to ON.
    • To deactivate the leaderboard, set the ON/OFF option to OFF.
