Managing client reviews

When clients write reviews about your business, you can post a public response to those reviews or flag inappropriate reviews. Your responses will appear with the reviews on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing and your company’s Review Widget wherever it is embedded. Flagged reviews will remain visible.

Note Staff members must be assigned to any staff role with the Manage client reviews permission to respond to client reviews and or mark them as inappropriate. For more information, see Staff role permissions.

NoteIf you want to report a spam review and have it removed from your WellnessLiving directory, please contact WellnessLiving Support.

In this article:

    To manage client reviews from your WellnessLiving Explorer listing:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Setup . You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
    4. On the Setup menu, click Locations.
    5. If applicable, click the location for which you want to view the WellnessLiving Explorer listing.
    6. Click View Business Listing.
    7. Manage the client reviews:
      • To respond to a client review:
        1. Click Add owner comment.
        2. In the box, enter your response.
        3. Click SUBMIT REVIEW.
      • To flag an inappropriate review:
        1. Click Flag as inappropriate to flag the review for removal.
        2. In the confirmation box, click OK. The following note is displayed on the review in the backend: This review has been flagged. Please reach out to the client if you want the review to be changed or removed.

    To manage client reviews from the Customer Reviews page:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reviews. You can filter the list by entering Reviews into the Search field.
    4. Find the review you want to manage and click the Edit review button.
    5. Manage the client review:
      • To respond to a client review:
        1. In the Owner comment box, enter your response.
        2. Click SUBMIT REVIEW.
      • To flag an inappropriate review:
        1. Click Flag as inappropriate to flag the review for removal.
        2. In the confirmation box, click OK. The following note is displayed on the review in the backend: This review has been flagged. Please reach out to the client if you want the review to be changed or removed.

    To manage client reviews from your Review Widget:

    1. Open the page on which your Review Widget is embedded.
      • If you did not select All locations when setting up the widget, only reviews for the selected location will appear.
    2. Manage the client reviews:
      • To respond to a client review:
        1. Click Add owner comment.
        2. In the box, enter your response.
        3. Click Submit review.
      • To flag an inappropriate review:
        1. Click Flag as inappropriate to flag the review for removal.
        2. In the confirmation box, click OK. The following note is displayed on the review: This review has been flagged. Please reach out to the client if you want the review to be changed or removed.
