Achieve Client App: Managing past purchases

Using the Achieve Client App, clients can view, filter, and search through a total record of their purchases made through WellnessLiving. Additionally, clients can email any additional receipt to themselves directly from the app or tap purchases for more details.

NoteIf a client’s purchase option has the Enable Client Control setting selected, the client must use the Client Web App to opt out of having their purchase option auto-renew or convert when it expires. For more information, see Session pass general information settings, Membership general information settings, and Package general information settings.

To manage past purchases:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. On the profile menu, tap Purchases.
  3. To filter for specific purchase types, tap the Filters buttonA screenshot of the filters button at the top of the screen, and then select the filter type from the list.
    • Tap the Status field and select the appropriate filter from the list (Select All, Active, or Inactive).
    • Click the Store Items field and select the appropriate filter from the list.
  4. To search for a specific past purchase, tap the search field and type the name of the past purchase.
    1. At the top of your list of purchases, tap the text box labelled Search. The text box is selected.
    2. Begin to type the name or other search term in the text box. Your list of purchases is filtered by this search term and the related item is displayed.
  5. To send yourself a receipt of a specific purchase, tap Email Receipt next to the purchase.
