The Membership Transfers Report is a client report for franchise businesses that allows staff members to transfer clients between franchise locations. This can be very useful for clients who are travelling for long periods of time or moving permanently and would like to continue using your business’s services. The duration of a transfer ranges from a single day to a permanent transfer. You can view both completed and pending transfers, as well as approve or deny transfer requests.This article describes how to view the Membership Transfers Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To view the Membership Transfers Report:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
- On the Reports menu, click Clients.
- On the Clients menu, click Membership Transfers. The Membership Transfers Report is displayed.
Headings in the Membership Transfers Report:
|Client||The name and profile image of the client is listed in this column.|
|Transfer Type||Displays whether the client is being transferred into or out of your location.|
|Request Date||The date on which the transfer was requested.|
|Length Of Transfer||The length of the client’s transfer.|
|Status||The status of the transfer. The possible statuses that can be displayed in this column are:|
|Transfer Start Date||The date on which the transfer starts (under Transfer History).|
|Transfer End Date||The date on which the transfer ends (under Transfer History).|
|ACTION||Select the Action button to approve, deny, or cancel pending transfers, or edit the length of approved transfers.|
Advanced filters in the Membership Transfers Report:
|Membership||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their membership type.|
|Length of Transfer||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the length of their transfer.|
|Request Date||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the date range in which they requested a transfer.|
|Status||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the status of their transfer request.|
|Transfer Type||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the type of transfer they requested.|
