Membership Transfers Report

The Membership Transfers Report is a client report for corporate enterprise that allows staff members to transfer clients between enterprise locations. This can be very useful for clients who are traveling for long periods of time or moving permanently and would like to continue using your business’s services. The duration of a transfer ranges from a single day to a permanent transfer. You can view both completed and pending transfers, as well as approve or deny transfer requests.

    To view the Membership Transfers Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Clients.
    5. On the Clients menu, click Membership Transfers. The Membership Transfers Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Membership Transfers Report:

    HeadingDescription
    ClientThe name and profile image of the client is listed in this column.
    Transfer TypeDisplays whether the client is being transferred into or out of your location.

    • If a client is transferring into your location, the Transfer In icon
      is displayed.
    • If a client is transferring out of your location, the Transfer Out icon is displayed.
    Request DateThe date on which the transfer was requested.
    Length Of TransferThe length of the client’s transfer.
    StatusThe status of the transfer. The possible statuses that can be displayed in this column are:

    • Transferred – The client has been transferred. The reason for the transfer is listed below this status (under Transfer History).
    • Denied – The client’s transfer has been denied by the receiving location. The reason for the denial is listed below this status (under Transfer History).
    • Canceled – This transfer has been canceled by the requesting location (under Transfer History).
    • Please, Approve – This transfer requires approval from a staff member at the requesting location (under Pending Transfers).
    • Pending Approval – A staff member at the requesting location has approved the transfer, but a staff member at the receiving location must still approve the transfer (under Pending Transfers).
    Transfer Start DateThe date on which the transfer starts (under Transfer History).
    Transfer End DateThe date on which the transfer ends (under Transfer History).
    ACTIONSelect the Action button to approve, deny, or cancel pending transfers, or edit the length of approved transfers.

     

    Advanced filters in the Membership Transfers Report:

    FilterDescription
    MembershipUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their membership type.
    Length of TransferUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the length of their transfer.
    Request DateUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the date range in which they requested a transfer.
    StatusUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the status of their transfer request.
    Transfer TypeUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the type of transfer they requested.
