Memberships by Location Details Report (Enterprise Report)

The Memberships by Location Details Report is an enterprise report that displays a list of all client memberships that were active, expired, or on hold for all enterprise locations during the selected date range. You can use the Memberships by Location Details Report to view membership details in each of your enterprise locations. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

This article describes how to view the Memberships by Location Details Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

    To view the Memberships by Location Details Report

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Enterprise.
    5. On the Enterprise menu, click Memberships by Location Details. The Memberships by Location Details Report is displayed.

    Summary cards in the Memberships by Location Details Report

    Summary cardsDescription
    Active MembershipsThe total number of active memberships during the selected date range.
    All Memberships On HoldThe total number of memberships on hold during the selected date range.
    Total MembershipsThe total number of memberships held by clients during the selected date range.
    New MembershipsThe total number of memberships that were activated during the selected date range.
    Not ActivatedThe total number of memberships that were sold in the selected date range with start dates that occur after that date range.
    Lost MembershipsThe total number of memberships lost during the selected date range. A lost membership refers to when a client cancels any of their memberships or allows any of their memberships to expire.

    Headings in the Memberships by Location Details Report

    HeadingDescription
    LocationThe enterprise location where the client purchased the membership.
    ClientThe client who owns the membership. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    First NameThe client’s first name.
    Last NameThe client’s last name.
    EmailThe client’s email address.
    Phone NumberThe client’s mobile phone number.
    Member IDThe client’s member ID.
    Purchase OptionThe membership owned by the client.
    Start DateThe membership activation date. If the membership was prorated, this column will display the date the membership was prorated from, not the date selected as the start date for the membership during checkout. See Prorating membership payment to learn more.
    End DateThe date that the membership becomes inactive. If the membership has no end date, Ongoing is displayed.
    Cancellation DateThe date on which a client’s membership was canceled.
    Termination DateIf the membership has been set to terminate, the termination date will be listed in this column.
    AmountThe amount last paid by the client for the membership.
    StatusThe active status of the membership. The possible statuses a membership can have are Active, Expired, and On Hold. To learn more about membership holds, see Placing a membership on hold.
    Date of Next BillThe date of the client’s next bill for the membership.
    Amount of Next BillThe amount of the client’s next bill for the membership.
    Date of Last BillThe date of the client’s most recent bill for the membership.
    UIDThe UID of the client who owns this membership.

    This heading is hidden by default and will only appear when a staff member customizes the report to include this heading.

    Advanced Filters in the Membership by Location Details Report

    FilterDescription
    CountryUse this filter to determine which sales to include based on the country in which they occurred.
    RegionUse this filter to determine which sales to include based on the region in which they occurred.
    State/ProvinceUse this filter to determine which sales to include based on the state or province in which they occurred.
    LocationUse this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
    Membership StatusUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their membership status. Membership statuses can be Active, Canceled Memberships, Expired Memberships, Not Activated, and On Hold.
    Appointments Purchase OptionsUse this filter to determine which appointment Purchase Options to include in the report. Appointment Purchase Options are Purchase Options with Appointment selected as the Purchase Option Service Category.     Display Canceled MembershipsUse this filter to determine whether canceled memberships are included in the report.
    Auto-RenewUse this filter to determine which Purchase Options to include based on whether auto-renew is on or off.
    Class & Events Purchase OptionsUse this filter to determine which class/event Purchase Options to include in the report. Class/event Purchase Options are Purchase Options with Class/Events selected as the Purchase Option Service Category.
