Memberships by Location Report (Enterprise Report)

The Memberships by Location Report is an enterprise report that displays a list of memberships, sorted by the franchise location at which they were created.

This article describes how to view the Memberships by Location Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

This report is available only to franchisor business accounts.

    To view the Memberships by Location Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Corporate Reports.
    4. On the Corporate Reports menu, click Memberships by Location. The Memberships by Location Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Memberships by Location Report

    Heading name Description
    LOCATION The name of the franchise location.
    TOTAL MEMBERSHIPS The total number of active, on hold, or lost memberships at the franchise location during the selected date range.
    ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS The number of active memberships at the franchise location during the selected date range.
    MEMBERSHIPS ON HOLD The number of memberships that are on hold at the franchise location during the selected date range.
    LOST MEMBERSHIPS The number of memberships that have expired or been canceled at the franchise location during the selected date range.

    Advanced filters in the Memberships by Location Report

    Filter Description
    Country Use this filter to determine which sales to include based on the country in which they occurred.
    Region Use this filter to determine which sales to include based on the region in which they occurred.
    State/Province Use this filter to determine which sales to include based on the state or province in which they occurred.
    Location Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
    Membership Status Use this filter to determine which memberships to include in the report based on their membership status. Possible membership statuses are Active, Canceled Memberships, Expired Memberships, Not Activated, or On Hold.
    Display Canceled Memberships Use this filter to determine whether to include canceled memberships in the report.
    Auto-Renew Use this filter to determine which Purchase Options to include based on whether auto-renew is on or off.
