Memberships Report

The Memberships Report is a sales report that displays a list of all client memberships that were active, expired, or on hold during the selected date range. You can use the Memberships Report to view clients with memberships placed on hold and place a mass hold on memberships.     To view the Memberships Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Sales.
    4. On the Sales menu, click Memberships. The Memberships Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Memberships Report

    HeadingDescription
    ClientThe client who owns the membership. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    First NameThe client’s first name.
    Last NameThe client’s last name.
    EmailThe client’s email address.
    Phone NumberThe client’s mobile phone number.
    Member IDThe client’s member ID.
    Purchase OptionThe membership owned by the client.
    Start DateThe date that the membership became active. If the membership was prorated, this column will display the date the membership was prorated from, not the date selected as the start date for the membership during checkout. See Prorating membership payment to learn more.
    End DateThe date that the membership becomes inactive. If the membership has no end date, Ongoing is displayed.
    Termination DateIf the membership has been set to terminate, the termination date will be listed in this column.
    Amount of Last BillThe amount last paid by the client for the membership.
    StatusThe active status of the membership. The possible statuses a membership can have are Active, Expired, and On Hold. To learn more about membership holds, see Placing a membership on hold.

    Advanced Filters in the Membership Report

    FilterDescription
    Membership StatusUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their membership status.
    Auto-RenewUse this filter to determine whether auto-renewals of Purchase Options are included in the report.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
    Class & Event MembershipsUse this filter to determine which Class & Events Memberships to include in the report. Class & Events Memberships are Memberships with the Class/Events Membership Service Category.
    Display Canceled MembershipsUse this filter to determine whether to include canceled memberships in the report.
    GroupsUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
    NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups A, B, and C, the filter will find clients from group A, group B, group C, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
    Account MembershipsUse this filter to determine which Account Memberships to include in the report. Account Memberships are Memberships with the Account Membership Service Category.
    Appointment MembershipsUse this filter to determine which Appointment Memberships to include in the report. Appointment Memberships are Memberships with the Appointment Membership Service Category.
    Gym MembershipsUse this filter to determine which Gym Memberships to include in the report. Gym Memberships are Memberships with the Gym Membership Service Category.
