WellnessLiving offers several subscription plans for Message Center. Each plan includes a specific number of SMS messages that your business can use on a monthly basis. Each SMS message your business sends or receives counts as one message, whether it is a 1-way or 2-way SMS communication. For more information, see Types of SMS messaging.
You can view the details of your subscription plan, such as your current subscription fees, billing cycle, the number of SMS messages sent and received for the month, and the remaining number of monthly SMS messages on the Subscription Plans page in Message Center. Staff members must be assigned to a staff role with the Manage Message Center subscriptions permission to access the Subscription plans page for Message Center. Notes
- Message Center is currently only available to businesses in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Businesses based in the British Isles outside of the UK can register for Message Center using a mainland UK phone number.
- If you’re subscribed to the SMS Message Center 1000 or higher plan, the number of SMS messages sent and received for the month is applied to your entire business. If you have a business with more than one location, this means that you’re sharing the number of SMS messages between all your locations.
- However, if you’re a business located in the US or Canada and you’re subscribed to the Business plan, the free 500 messages per month is applied per location.

To view and upgrade your subscription plan:
- Click the App Drawer button
. - In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Message. You can filter the list by entering Message into the Search field.
- On the Message menu, click Subscription plans.
- On the Subscription plans menu, click hidden.
- On the Subscription Plans page, view the details of your subscription plan.
- To upgrade your plan, click UPGRADE PLAN.
- Select the plan you want to subscribe to and click GET STARTED.
Message Center subscription plans and fees for the US and Canada
Note If you’re subscribed to the Business plan and you’re subscribed to the SMS Message Center 1000 or higher plan, you’ll receive an additional 500 SMS messages per month per location for free.
