Modifying a client’s vaccination status

You can manually set a client’s vaccination status to indicate whether they’re fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, unvaccinated, or choosing not to disclose their vaccination status from the Overview page on their client profile.

When you set a client’s vaccination status, it will be indicated by an icon next to their name in the attendance list for a service, the All Clients Report, in the list of clients displayed when you enter a client’s information in the search box in the Top Nav Bar, and on the client’s profile.

You can only set a client’s vaccination status if you set the Show client vaccination status option to ON in your business policies.

To modify a client’s vaccination status:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the Overview page, hover over the client’s vaccination status and click the Set Vaccination Status button . The vaccination statuses are:
    • Unknown
    • Not vaccinated
    • Partially vaccinated
    • Fully vaccinated
  4. Select the appropriate vaccination status and click the OK button .
