Modifying the purchase rules of a service

You can modify the purchase rules of an appointment, class, or event to specify how and when clients should pay for your services.

To modify the purchase rules of a service:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
  3. In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
  4. On the Setup menu, click Services.
  5. On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, or Events.
  6. Click on the service that you would like to modify. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the service.
  7. Under Purchase Rules, select the appropriate purchase rules to specify how and when your clients must pay for the service.
  8. Click SAVE.
