Booking Source Report

The Booking Source Report is an attendance report that displays details such as date, time, location, and staff member about online bookings made by clients at your business during the selected date range. This report can be used to gain an overview of the booking trends for your services.  The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

This article describes how to view the Booking Source Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

    To view the Booking Source Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    5. On the Attendance menu, click Booking Source. The Booking Source Report is displayed.

    Summary cardDescription
    TotalThe total number of online bookings made at your business during the selected date range.

    Headings in the Booking Source Report

    HeadingDescription
    ClientThe client who was booked into the service. Relevant details about this client, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance, will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    VisitThe name, time, and date of the service, as well as the staff member conducting the service.
    LocationThe location of the service.
    Booking SourceThe way in which the client was booked into the service. Possible sources are:

    • Data Import – The booking was imported from your previous software provider.
    • Autopayment – An auto-payment such as a membership payment.
    • Client Web App – The booking was made by a client using the Client Web App.
    • ClassPassBooking – The booking was made through ClassPass.
    • Elevate StaffApp – The booking was made using the Elevate Staff App.
    • Undefined – The source of the booking is unclear and should be investigated.
    • Widget Booking – The booking was made by a client using one of your widgets.
    • Reserve with Google – The booking was made through Reserve with Google.
    • Achieve Client App – The booking was made by a client using the Achieve Client App.
    • Booked by Staff – The booking was made by a staff member using WellnessLiving.
    • Explorer listing – The booking was made through your Explorer listing.

    Advanced filters in the Booking Source Report

    Bookable AssetsUse this filter to determine which Book-a-Spot assets to include in the report.
    Client TypesUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    StaffUse this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
    Start Time RangeUse this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the WeekUse this filter to determine which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    ClassesUse this filter to determine which classes to include in the report.
    EventsUse this filter to determine which events to include in the report.
    AppointmentsUse this filter to determine which appointment types to include in the report.
    Client StatusUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active purchase option.
    GroupsUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
    NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups A, B, and C, the filter will find clients from group A, group B, group C, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
    Booking SourceUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the source of the booking.
