Opening the task manager and viewing tasks

The task manager is a tool for creating, assigning, and organizing short and long term tasks for your staff members. You can view tasks by using custom filtered data, including date range, staff member, and task status.


To open the task manager and view tasks:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Tasks.
  3. On the Task Manager page:
    • Filter your tasks by selecting the Due Today, Incomplete, Completed, or All tab. The Due Today tab is selected by default.
      • Due Today – Tasks due on the current day
      • Incomplete – Tasks marked Not Started or In Progress
      • Completed – Tasks marked Complete
      • All – Every task created, including Due Today, Incomplete and Completed
    • Use the Search option to filter your tasks by a key word or client name.
    • Click the Advanced filters button  to apply one or more of the following filters:
      • Date Range – Tasks due within a selected range of dates
      • Staff – Check the box next to the name of the staff member or members of whose tasks you’d like to view
      • Task Status – Check the box next to the status of the the task or tasks which you’d like to view. Options include Select All, Not Started, In Progress, and Completed.
