The notifications a staff member receives are determined by the notification settings for their assigned staff role. However, you can override the notification settings for an individual staff member and select specific notifications to send to them.
NoteIf you adjust the notification settings in a staff member’s profile, the changes will also be applied to their client profile.
NoteIf staff member notifications are disabled for a service, staff members won’t receive notifications about session bookings and cancellations, regardless of whether their override settings are enabled.
To override a staff member’s notifications:
- Click the App Drawer button

- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Staff.
- On the Staff menu, click Staff Members.
- Click the staff member you want to configure. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the staff member you want to configure.
- Click the Notification tab.
- Set Override default notification settings to ON.
- Set each notification the staff member should receive to ON.
- Click Save.
