Postcard History Report

The Postcard History Report is a marketing report that displays a list of all postcards that were sent to clients during the selected date range.

The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

NoteThe Postcard History Report displays whether postcards have been sent, but does not track their delivery status.

    To view the Postcard History Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Marketing.
    4. In the side menu or in the list, click Postcard History. Your Postcard History Report is displayed.

    Summary cards in the Postcard History Report

    Summary cardsDescription
    TotalThe total number of postcards sent during the selected date range.
    UnopenedThe total number of postcards sent that were not opened during the selected date range.
    FailedThe total number of postcards sent that failed to be delivered during the selected date range.
    Total PriceThe total dollar amount spent on the postcards sent during the selected date range.

    Headings in the Postcard History Report

    HeadingDescription
    ClientThe client who was sent a postcard. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance, will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    DateThe date and time the postcard was sent.
    Sent ByThe staff member who sent the postcard. If the postcard was sent automatically, this column will be labeled Automated.
    CostThe cost to send the postcard.
    StatusThe send status of the postcard. Possible status values are:

    • Sent – The postcard has been sent. The status of the delivery is not tracked.
    • Failed – The postcard was not sent.
    BodyClick the Show button to view a preview of the postcard.
