If your business tracks client attendance by having them physically sign in on a printed list, you can print a check-in sheet for each class. The check-in sheet lists all clients who are pre-registered for the class with fields for them to enter in their check-in time and their signature. Check-in sheets can be printed directly from the attendance list of each class.
To print a check-in sheet:
- View the attendance list for the class that you want a check-in sheet for.
- Click the Print icon in the top row of buttons. Printer options are displayed.
- Choose the printer, number of copies, and any other printer settings.
- Click Print.
