Printing a gift card

You can print any unredeemed gift card that has been sold to a client. When printing a gift card from a client’s profile, you can only print the gift card from the profile of the client to whom the gift card was sold. To redeem a printed gift card, the number displayed on the card is required.

In this article:

    To print a gift card immediately after a purchase:

    1. After selling a gift card in the store, the Confirmation order page is displayed.
    2. Click Print Gift Card.
    3. In the print preview window, change any necessary printer options, then click Print.

    To print a gift card from a client’s profile:

    1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
    2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
    3. On the side menu, click Account.
    4. In the Account menu, click Passes & Memberships.
    5. In the list, find the gift card you want to print. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the gift card.
    6. Under the Action column of the gift card, click the Action button and select View Details.
    7. Click Print Gift Card.
    8. In the print preview window, change any necessary printer options, then click Print.
