You can print any unredeemed gift card that has been sold to a client. When printing a gift card from a client’s profile, you can only print the gift card from the profile of the client to whom the gift card was sold. To redeem a printed gift card, the number displayed on the card is required.

In this article:
To print a gift card immediately after a purchase:
- After selling a gift card in the store, the Confirmation order page is displayed.
- Click Print Gift Card.
- In the print preview window, change any necessary printer options, then click Print.
To print a gift card from a client’s profile:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
, and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
- On the side menu, click Account.
- In the Account menu, click Passes & Memberships.
- In the list, find the gift card you want to print. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the gift card.
- Under the Action column of the gift card, click the Action button
and select View Details.
- Click Print Gift Card.
- In the print preview window, change any necessary printer options, then click Print.
