You can print out copies of your Event’s enrollment lists. Copies can be provided to staff members or clients, or can be used for bookkeeping.
NoteMake sure that a working printer has been configured on your computer.
To print an enrollment list for an Event:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Setup.
- On the Setup menu, click Events.
- On the Events menu, click hidden.
- On the Events page, click the existing Event you want to print the enrollment list for. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list.
- Click MANAGE SCHEDULE.
- Find the Event instance for which you want to print the enrollment list and click Enrollment List.
- Click PRINT.
- In the Print dialog box, make changes as required and click Print.
