QUICK Buy is a tool your staff members can use to sell products to clients directly from the schedule. When a client drops into a class or checks in to a service, QUICK Buy allows you to sell them your products in just a few quick clicks.
NoteOnly staff members can sell QUICK Buy items to clients. Clients won’t be able to view these items when making purchases from the Client Web App or Achieve Client App.
Note QUICK Buy is only available for products. If you enable QUICK Buy for services, you’re able to sell your products on the schedule for that service.

To enable QUICK Buy for products:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
- On the Store Configuration menu, click Products.
- On the Products page, click the product you want to make available for QUICK Buy. You may have to browse the list
, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the product. - Under Advanced Settings, change the QUICK Buy Settings to This product is available for QUICK Buy.
- Select the checkbox for each appointment, class, and event that you want to associate with this QUICK Buy product.
- Click Save.
To enable QUICK Buy for services:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Services.
- On the Services menu, click hidden.
- On the Services menu, click Appointments, Events, or Classes.
- Click the service for which you want to enable QUICK Buy. You may have to browse the list
, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the service. - Under Advanced Settings, change the QUICK Buy Settings to QUICK buy products are available for this service.
- Select the checkbox for each product that can be purchased using QUICK Buy for this service.
- Click Save.
To QUICK Buy a product for a class or event:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Schedule. You can filter the list by entering Schedule into the Search field.
- On the Schedule menu, click hidden.
- On the hidden menu, click hidden.
- On the schedule, click the class or event for which you want to make a QUICK Buy.
- In the popup, click View Attendance List.
- Click the QUICK Buy
button next to the client who’s making a QUICK Buy purchase.
- Search the item you want to sell, select or hover over it to view its details, then click Add to cart.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Under CHOOSE LOCATION, select the location the sale should be assigned to. This option is only available if the Staff members must select a location at checkout store setting is turned on. If this option isn’t available, the sale will automatically be assigned to the location you’re currently signed in to.
- Select the desired payment method.
- Click Complete.
To QUICK Buy a product for an appointment:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Schedule. You can filter the list by entering Schedule into the Search field.
- On the Schedule menu, click hidden.
- On the hidden menu, click hidden.
- On the schedule, click the appointment for which you want to make a QUICK Buy.
- In the popup, click STORE.
- Under Products and Services, search for the item you want to sell, select or hover over it to view their details, and then click Add to cart.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Select the desired payment method.
- Click Complete.
