You can reactivate a client’s profile if they want to use your services again. To reactivate a client, you must have the appropriate staff role permission to manage client profiles and the client must have been a client at your business who got deactivated. You can view a list of deactivated clients within your business by filtering your client list, for more information, see Locating deactivated clients.

Before reactivating a client, keep the following information in mind:
- A reactivated client is considered active in the system and can be booked and checked into services.
- A reactivated client will appear in the client list by default.
- A reactivated client will receive client notifications, such as email notifications when enabled.
If you’re activating a guest profile and converting it to a client profile, keep the following in mind:
- The CLIENT SINCE date on their new client profile will permanently change to the date you activated the guest profile.
- Any activity already completed by this guest will now be attributed to their client profile and will be displayed that way in any reports.
- The new client must now sign any mandatory waivers.
To reactivate a client:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
.
- Click the Search options button
and set the Include Deactivated Clients option to ON.
- Enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- On the client’s Overview page, set the ACTIVATE CLIENT option to ON.
- If you’re activating a guest, you must fill out the required fields before the guest profile is converted to a client profile.
