If your business uses the White Label version of the Achieve Client App, your clients can sign up for a new account directly through your app.
If your business uses the Basic version of the Achieve Client App, clients won’t be able to sign up for new accounts directly through the app. Instead, clients must sign up for your business using the Client Web App before they can sign in to your Achieve Client App. For more information, see Achieve Client App: Signing in and out.

Note If a client signs up using the White Label version of the Achieve Client App, a client profile will be created with only their first name, last name, email address, and password. If your business requires additional client profile fields at registration, the client will be prompted to enter the required information when they sign in to the Client Web App or the Achieve Client App.
To sign up as a new client using the White Label Achieve Client App:
- Open the Achieve Client App on your mobile device.
- On the login page, tap Sign up. This button will only be available to businesses using the White Label version of the Achieve Client App.
- If your business uses the Basic version of the Achieve Client App, clients must sign up for your business using the Client Web App before they can sign in to your Achieve Client App.
- Enter your First name, Last name, Email, and Password, or any custom fields required by the business.
- Tap Sign up. A confirmation email will be sent to the address that was submitted.
- If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox after five minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
- In the email, tap Activate Your Account. Your account is activated, and you can now sign in with the email and password you provided during registration.
