This article describes the most common views that can be applied to your reports. Some views are available only for specific reports.
If applicable, different data groups will be displayed on the report using different colors for comparison. A legend can be found at the bottom of each report indicating what each color represents.

Changing the report view:
- View a report.
- At the top of the report, change the view, as follows:
- To select a graphical view, click the Graph button and then click one of the following graphical type buttons: YOY Chart, Bar Chart, Area Chart, or Line Chart
- To select the list view, click the List button . This is the default report view.
- To turn a data group off, click its name in the legend.
The YOY (Year-Over-Year) Chart view is a bar chart, which compares data from the current report over multiple years. This allows you to visualize your sales performance over time. When this view is selected, total numbers for each year are displayed at the top of the report. Hover over each bar to see detailed comparisons of your data. The Year-Over-Year view is currently only available in the All Sales Report, the Memberships Report, the Lead Management Report, the Leads by Location Report, and the Memberships by Location Report.
The Bar Chart view displays the data from the current report as a bar chart, offering a quick visual comparison of the categories in the report.
The Area Chart view displays the data from the current report as an area chart, which allows you to visualize trends over time.
The Line Chart view displays the data from the current report as a line chart, which allows you to visualize trends over time.
The List View displays the data from the current report in its default view, which lists the report information in columns. Choose this view to return to the default view at any time.
