The Booking Requests Report is a client report that displays all Appointment and asset bookings that have been requested during the selected time period. You can use this report to approve or deny booking requests.

To view the Booking Requests Report:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Clients.
- On the Clients menu, click Booking Requests. The Booking Requests Report is displayed.
Headings in the Booking Requests Report
|Date||The date and time that the booking has been requested for.|
|Info||The type of Appointment or asset that was requested along with the staff member and location.|
|Client||The name, email, phone number, and profile image of the client who the booking is requested for. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.|
|Requested||The date and time at which the booking request was submitted.|
|Status||The status of the booking request. The possible statuses are:|
NoteDenying an appointment request will not automatically refund the client. The client must be refunded manually.
|Setup||Click the Setup button to choose from the following options:|
Advanced filters in the Booking Requests Report
|Client Status||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.|
|Groups||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.|
NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups A, B, and C, the filter will find clients from group A, group B, group C, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
|Locations||Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.|
|Appointments||Use this filter to determine which Appointment Types to include in the report.|
|Client Types||Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.|
|Staff||Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.|
|Bookable Assets||Use this filter to determine which BOOK-A-SPOT™ assets to include in the report.|
|Appointments Request State||Use this filter to determine which Appointment request statuses to include in this report.|
