Resending an email to a client

You can resend an email to the address associated with a client’s account at any time from the client’s profile page. The resent email will be a duplicate of the original email.

To resend an email to a client:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Contact History.
  4. Click the Resend button next to the email you want to resend.
  5. In the confirmation popup, click OK.
