You can resend an email to the address associated with a client’s account at any time from the client’s profile page. The resent email will be a duplicate of the original email.
To resend an email to a client:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click Search and type the client’s information in the box. You can type the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID. In the list that is displayed, click the appropriate client.
- On the side menu, click Contact History.
- Click the Resend button next to the email you want to resend.
- In the pop-up confirmation window, click OK.
