Resetting a forgotten password

If you forget your WellnessLiving password, you can reset it to regain access to your account. You can do this from your browser, the Achieve Client App, or the Elevate Staff App.

To reset your password:

  1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot password?
  2. Under EMAIL ADDRESS, enter the email address associated with your WellnessLiving account and click SUBMIT. An email will be sent to the provided email address within five minutes.
  3. From your email inbox, open the Change Password email from WellnessLiving.
    • If the email does not appear in your inbox after five minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. Under NEW PASSWORD, enter a new password. The password must contain at least eight characters with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
  6. Under RE-ENTER PASSWORD, enter the new password again.
  7. Click SUBMIT. If the password change is successful, you will be taken to the WellnessLiving website. You can now log in using your new password.
