Resetting rewards points

You can reset your clients’ rewards points from the leaderboard. When resetting clients’ rewards points, you can reset all rewards points, rewards points that have been earned during a specific contest, or rewards points that have been earned during a specific date range.

CautionResetting rewards points for a contest or a specific date range will reset all rewards points earned during the selected date range. This will affect the leaderboard and any contests that occur or occurred during the same date range.

To reset rewards points:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Rewards.
  3. On the Rewards menu, click Leaderboard.
  4. Under VIEW CONTEST, in the list:
    1. To reset all rewards points, select All-Time Leaderboard, then click Reset totals.
    2. To reset rewards points for a specific contest, select the contest, then click Reset totals. This will reset all rewards points earned during the time period which the contest occurred. The leaderboard and other contests that occur or occurred during these dates will be affected.
    3. To reset rewards points for a specific period of time, under FILTER BY DATE, select a start date and an end date, then click GO. Click Reset totals. This will reset all rewards points earned during the select time period. The leaderboard and contests that occur or occurred during these dates will be affected.
  5. In the Confirmation Required popup, click OK.
