Restricting a product or service to specific client types or groups

Staff members can restrict a product, appointment, class, event, or Purchase Option to specific client types or members of specific client groups. Clients who are restricted from purchasing a product won’t be able to view that product in the store, but you can choose whether to display restricted services to ineligible clients on a service-by-service basis.

NoteWhen a product or service has restrictions for client types and client groups, it will be available to clients who meet any of the conditions. For example, if an appointment is restricted to clients with the Platinum Member client type and clients who are members of the Founding Customers client group, then any client in that group could book the appointment, even if they were not Platinum Members.
