The Service Revenue Analysis Report is a sales report which displays a complete summary of your services, related client visits, and revenue. The Revenue in the Service Revenue Analysis Report represents the sum of all of your Detailed Revenue By Service Report amounts.
NoteThe revenue calculation is dependent on the Purchase Options used. The reported revenue can be misleading for clients that use time-based passes or memberships. This value will not truly represent the revenue derived from these clients.
NoteRevenue from Class and Event sessions will be included in the Service Revenue Analysis Report only for clients who are on the attendance lists for those sessions.
For each service category, the revenue is listed under the right-hand column of the list. Click on the revenue of an item to see that service’s Detailed Revenue By Service Report.

To view the Service Revenue Analysis Report:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
- On the Reports menu, click Sales.
- On the Sales menu, click Service Revenue Analysis. The Service Revenue Analysis Report is displayed.
Summary cards in the Service Revenue Analysis Report
Summary cards | Description |
Services | The total number of unique services per day during the selected date range. For example, if a fitness class is scheduled to be repeated every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, all scheduled class sessions will be displayed as three services in the summary card. If you export the Service Revenue Analysis Report for a service type, the exported document will include entries for all scheduled sessions under that service type. |
Single Session | The total number of single sessions during the selected date range. |
Members | The total number of clients who used a membership to pay for a service during the selected date range. |
Passes | The total number of clients who used session passes to pay for a service during the selected date range. |
Prospect | The total number of clients labeled as Prospect client types that attended the service during the selected date range. |
Total Clients | The total number of clients who attended the service during the selected date range. |
No Shows | The total number of clients whose attendance for the class is No Show during the selected date range. |
Late Cancels | The total number of clients whose attendance status for the Class is Late Cancel during the selected date range. |
Total Revenue | The sum of all the Detailed Revenue By Service Report amounts during the selected date range. |
Headings in the Service Revenue Analysis Report
Heading | Description |
SERVICE NAME | The name, time, date, and staff member related to the scheduled service. |
SINGLE SESSION | The number of single sessions that were purchased by clients to attend the service during the selected date range. |
MEMBERS | The number of clients who used memberships to pay for the service during the selected date range. |
PASS | The number of clients who used session passes to pay for the service during the selected date range. |
PROSPECT | The number of clients labeled as Prospect client types that attended the service during the selected date range. |
TOTAL CLIENTS | The total number of clients who attended the service during the selected date range. This includes clients with an attendance status of No Show or Late Cancel. |
NO SHOWS | The number of clients whose attendance status for the class is No Show during the selected date range. |
LATE CANCELS | The number of clients whose attendance status for the Class is Late Cancel during the selected date range. |
REVENUE | The sum of all the Detailed Revenue By Service Report amounts during the selected date range. |
Advanced filters in the Service Revenue Analysis Report
Filter | Description |
Bookable Assets | Use this filter to determine which Book-a-Spot assets to include in the report. |
Time | Use this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred. |
Day of the Week | Use this filter to determine which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred. |
Classes | Use this filter to determine which classes to include in the report. |
Events | Use this filter to determine which events to include in the report. |
Appointments | Use this filter to determine which appointment types to include in the report. |
Appointments Purchase Options | Use this filter to determine which appointments purchase options to include in the report. Appointments purchase options are purchase options with Appointment selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. Class & Events Purchase Options | Use this filter to determine which class/event purchase options to include in the report. Class/event purchase options are purchase options with Class/Events selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. Staff | Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report. |
Locations | Use this filter to determine which locations to include in the report. |
