Troubleshooting: The system is billing the incorrect credit card


The system is billing a different credit card when your client already has one saved as default on their client profile. Credit cards are saved based on your merchant account. This means that when you have multiple locations and a merchant account for each, your clients may have different credit cards registered with your locations.


To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.

To ensure that your client is billed correctly, you must check to make sure that their credit card information is updated for the location that was billing them.
