Rules to follow while you are onboarding (regular version)

While you’re getting familiar with your new WellnessLiving account, it’s important to know the features you can and can’t modify until your scheduled go-live date.

NoteThis article pertains to new WellnessLiving customers who aren’t yet onboarded, and who require import work to be performed. If you’re coming from MindBody, please see the Rules to follow while you are onboarding (MindBody version).

    Items that CAN be updated during onboarding

    The following setup options under the Setup menu can be updated during the onboarding process:

    Note WellnessLiving recommends contacting your web administrator to verify and update any equivalent widgets and booking and purchase links on your website, but these updates shouldn’t be published until after your golive date.

    Caution The following list of actions will cause the item’s data to be overwritten during the import process.
