Rules to follow while you are onboarding (MindBody version)

While you are in the processing of onboarding and reviewing your MindBody data import, it’s important to know what you can and cannot modify before your final data import and scheduled go-live date.

Note This article pertains to new WellnessLiving customers who are coming from MindBody and who are in the process of onboarding. If you are not coming from MindBody, please see the Rules to follow while you are onboarding (regular version).

Items that CAN be updated during onboarding

Items that can be updated during the onboarding process may be changed as needed without any data loss.

Caution While other aspects of the following items may be changed, do not change the names of any items. The original names must be preserved for the duration of the onboarding process. Name changes can compromise the integrity of the final data import.

Items that CANNOT be updated during onboarding

Items that cannot be updated during the onboarding process may be modified after the final data import is complete.

Caution Before your final data import is complete, updates to the following items must be done in MindBody. Updates to any of these items done in WellnessLiving can result in a loss of data and/or a delayed final data import. After your final import is complete, all these items may be modified in WellnessLiving as desired.
