Staff members who are assigned a staff role with the Enable SABA permission can use Saba single sign-in, which makes it easier to manage Saba accounts. With Saba single sign-in, staff members will be automatically logged in to their Saba account when they log in to WellnessLiving, eliminating the need to re-enter their login information when they navigate to Saba. This is a one-way integration, meaning that logging in to Saba does not automatically log staff members into WellnessLiving.
When a staff member is assigned to a staff role that has the Enable SABA permission turned on, an account will automatically be created for them in Saba with the same login information as their WellnessLiving account, and when staff members are deactivated in WellnessLiving or assigned to a staff role that does not have the Enable SABA permission set, they will be deactivated in Saba. Additionally, if a staff member does not sign in to WellnessLiving for 90 consecutive days, they will automatically be removed from Saba.

To set the Enable SABA permission for a staff role:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Setup.
- On the Setup menu, click Staff.
- On the Staff menu, click Staff Roles.
- Click the staff role that should have access to Saba single sign-in.
- Under Integration, select the Enable SABA option.
- Click SAVE.
