Edit Schedule Class reference

The following is a full reference for the fields on the edit schedule page when you are modifying a Class. After you have scheduled your Class, clients can book the Classes they want to attend.

SUBSTITUTE CLASSSelect a different Class to replace the remaining sessions.
LOCATIONSelect the business location where the Class will be held.

NoteYou cannot edit the location of a Class that requires an asset. To change the location for a Class that requires an asset you must cancel the scheduled Class and schedule a new Class at the location you want.
RETAIL PRICEEnter the retail price for the Class.
START DATEDetermine the date on which the Class will begin. If the Class has already begun, you cannot edit this date.
END DATEDetermine the date on which the Class will end. If there is no end date, select the No End Date checkbox.
START TIMESpecify the time at which the Class will start:

  • Select the hour.
  • Select the minute; the minutes variable is set in increments of five.
  • Select AM or PM.
DURATIONSpecify the length of time the Class should last:

  • Select the number of hours from the list.
  • Select the number of minutes from the list. The minutes variable is set in increments of five.
REPEATS EVERYSelect the frequency of the Class:

  • Select the number of weeks, months, or years from the list.
  • Select week, month, or year from the list.
DAY OF THE WEEKSelect the day of the week on which the Class will be offered.
ROOMEnter the room name or number where the Class will take place. The name should be mutually understood by all staff and clients. The room name will appear beside the Class name when a client books a Class or views their schedule in the Client Web App and Achieve Client App.
INSTRUCTORSpecify the instructor for the Class and their payment method. You can add and remove instructors with the + and buttons to the right of each instructor entry.

  1. Select the instructor from the list of staff.
  2. Select the pay rate that will be used to calculate their pay for these sessions.
CAPACITYThe maximum number of people that can attend this Class. For example, if you select 2, then two clients can book the Class. When a third client attempts to book the Class, the client will be informed that the Class cannot be booked with that staff member at that time.
WELLNESSLIVING PROMOTESet this option to ON if you want this Class to be promoted on the WellnessLiving directory. Individuals who use XCombatFitness, MetaBody Fitness, Fight2Fitness, and Yoga & Fitness Passport promotional passes are counted as prospects.
AVAILABLE SPOTS FOR PROSPECTSEnter the number of non-members (i.e., individuals with an introductory or promotional pass) who can attend the Class. This number is only a maximum number of spots for prospect (i.e., members can take up all spots if no prospects book).

NoteThe WellnessLiving Promote option must be set to ON to access this option.
GYMPASSSet this option to ON to access the GymPass options and allow clients to book the scheduled sessions through GymPass.

NoteGymPass integration must be enabled to access this feature.
APPROXIMATE REVENUE FOR GYMPASS CLIENTSEnter the approximate revenue per client that GymPass has agreed to pay you.
CLASSPASSSet this option to ON to access the ClassPass options and allow clients to book the scheduled sessions through ClassPass.

APPROXIMATE REVENUE FOR CLASSPASS CLIENTSEnter the approximate revenue per client that ClassPass has agreed to pay you.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONSEnter any special instructions related to the class.
