Schedule Widget

The Schedule Widget allows you to include your Class and Event schedules on your website or Facebook page. From here, your clients can learn about your Classes and Events, and book those services directly from your website without needing to log into WellnessLiving first. New clients who click the signup button via the Schedule Widget or Custom Schedule Widget will receive a registration confirmation email. For more information on registration confirmation email, see Signing up as a client.

The Schedule Widget is available in two versions: the Custom Schedule Widget and the Standard Schedule Widget. The Standard Schedule Widget offers a streamlined, basic version of the widget, while the Custom Schedule Widget can be altered to suit your business. Any changes made to the Custom Schedule Widget will not be displayed when the Standard Schedule Widget is displayed.

Like your schedule, your Schedule Widget can be viewed in both list view and calendar view; it is not possible to display the calendar view if the width of the widget is less than 1024 pixels. To change to calendar view, click the calendar icon in the top left corner of the widget.

NoteWhen clients are viewing the current day, week, or month’s schedule in the Schedule Widget, they will only see upcoming Classes and Events. For example, if a client uses your Schedule Widget to view the current week on a Wednesday at 3:00 p.m., they will only see Classes and Events scheduled after Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. and before Sunday at 11:59 p.m. that week. This allows clients to see which services scheduled for the current week are still available to be booked. If they are viewing the previous or upcoming week’s schedule, all scheduled Classes and Events will be displayed.

NoteThe size of the screen determines how the widget is displayed. Due to the adaptability of the widget with screen size, when the screen size becomes too small, the Custom Schedule Widget will convert to the Standard Schedule Widget. This can also be due to the website theme or frames within the page, which can cause the widget to be placed within a smaller area, thus converting the Custom Schedule Widget to the Standard Schedule Widget.

NoteClasses and Events that occur at the same time will be displayed on the Custom Schedule Widget in the order in which they appear on the Classes page and the Events page. If a Class and Event occur at the same time, the Class will appear on the widget ahead of the Event.
