You can send an email notification to clients with incomplete forms to remind them to finish filling out the form. Clients can complete outstanding forms from the Client Portal.
Note: The Form Reminder client notification must be enabled to send the reminder.
Remind a client to complete a form
To remind a client to complete a form:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
and enter the client’s information in the box, then click the client’s name.
On the side menu, click Documents.
Click Forms.
Click the Action button
next to the form, then click Send Reminder. A reminder email is sent to the client.
