Services

Services in WellnessLiving include appointments, classes, events, and Book-a-Spot assets. They can be booked by your clients or your staff members on behalf of clients. Services can also span multiple days, if needed. For example, you can set up a class that runs from Monday to Tuesday, provided that your location’s business hours are configured to remain open without interruption.

Appointment
  • Sessions are generally booked for clients on a one-off basis, though recurring appointments and multiple appointments can be booked at one time.

Book-a-Spot asset
  • Sessions are generally booked for clients on a one-off basis, though recurring sessions can be booked.
  • A staff member is not needed.
  • Assets are generally booked for one client or a small group of clients.
  • Flexible payment options for one or more sessions.

NoteAssets that are booked with appointments follow the rules of the appointment with which they are booked.
Class
  • Multiple individual sessions are generally scheduled mid-to-long term. Classes are designed to be reused in perpetuity by different staff members.
  • A staff member leads the class.
  • Clients can choose to attend a class according to their own schedules and interest.
  • Flexible payment options for one or more sessions.
Event
  • Multiple instances (entire series of sessions) are scheduled mid-to-long term. Events are designed to be reused in perpetuity by different staff members.
  • A staff member leads the event.
  • Depending on the type of Event, clients may be expected to attend every session or may select sessions according to their own schedules and interest.
  • Generally paid for in advance, in full. Optional deposit requirements. Optional payment plans available.
