FAQ: Why don’t my session passes display the correct number of total sessions?

After your data has been migrated from another software to WellnessLiving, you may notice that the number of sessions on client session passes do not properly add up when you check their account information. For example, a pass with 25 visits shows that 13 sessions have been used and 4 sessions are remaining, leaving 8 sessions unaccounted for.

This occurs because Mindbody does not offer a reliable report of which pass was used for which sessions. However, the number of remaining visits on imported passes are always accurately reported. This means that although the used visits on imported passes may not appear to be accurate, your clients will never receive more or fewer sessions than intended.
