Reports that are set as favorites will appear on the screen that is displayed by default when you click on the Reports tab in the App Drawer. If you regularly check a certain report, set it as a favorite to quickly access it. Setting a report as a favorite does not save your selected advanced filters. To set a report as a favorite from the report list:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click the appropriate report category.
- In the list of reports, click the Favorite button
to the right of the report you want to favorite.
- In the confirmation window, click OK. The report is added to your favorites.
To set the report as a favorite from the report:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click the appropriate report category.
- In the list of reports, click the report that you want to set as a favorite.
- Click Add to Favorites in the report header.
- If Add to Favorites isn't displayed in the report header, click the Action button
and then click Add to Favorites.
- If Add to Favorites isn't displayed in the report header, click the Action button
- In the confirmation window, click OK. The report is added to your favorites.
To view favorite reports:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click Reports. The Favorite Reports page is displayed by default.
- In the list of favorite reports, click the report you want to view.
