You can set up general business policies like booking, cancellation, or wait list policies that apply to all your services, clients, and staff members.

To set up your business policies:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Business.
- On the Business menu, click Business Policies.
- On the Business Policies page, set up your business policies.
- Booking Policy – How clients can book and cancel sessions with your business.
- Wait List – Enable wait lists and determine how clients are promoted from them.
- Automatic Attendance Tracking – How clients’ attendance is tracked when they book services.
- Staff Policy – Enable automatic sign outs for inactivity and IP restrictions.
- Automatic Payments – Enable automatic payment reattempts and/or charges for failed payments
- Sign In Options – Enable clients and staff members to sign up and sign in to your business using their Facebook or Google accounts.

- Click SAVE.
