Setting up your business policies

You can set up general business policies that apply to all your services, clients, and staff members. For instance, you can set up booking, cancellation, and wait list policies. You can also customize business policies for individual services.

NoteAny updates to your business policies may take 10-15 minutes to take effect and will not affect previously scheduled or booked services.

To set up your business policies:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Business.
  4. On the Business menu, click Business Policies.
  5. On the Business Policies page, set up your business policies.
    • Booking Policy – How clients can book and cancel sessions with your business.
    • Wait List – Enable wait lists and determine how clients are promoted from them.
    • Automatic Attendance Tracking – How clients’ attendance is tracked when they book services.
    • Staff Policy – How staff members can use your software.
  6. Set up your business policies. For details, see Business policy settings.
  7. Click SAVE.
