Setting up your services for virtual hosting

With our Zoom integration, you can set up your Appointments, Classes, and Events to be hosted virtually. Virtual services can be used to allow your clients to attend your services from their home or anywhere else in the world.

For information about hosting your virtual services after they are set up, see Hosting a virtual service.

If you have multiple business locations and do not want to associate your virtual services with an existing business location, we recommend creating a new location and associating all virtual services with that location. Additional subscription fees will be charged to your WellnessLiving account for each additional location.

NoteEven after you have set up a service to be hosted virtually, clients will not automatically be able to book your virtual service through Google.  If you want to allow your clients to book a virtual service through Google, you must enable Reserve with Google for your business or the location that provides the virtual service.
