You can set your company’s logo from the Staff Back Office. This logo appears at the top left corner of the WellnessLiving interface in Staff View, is used to populate the [Logo] email variable, and also appears as the display image for your locations.
Key tips before you begin
We recommend that you use a PNG image with a transparent background. The minimum resolution for this image is 220×100 and the maximum file size is 20 MB.
The company logo is the default logo that appears in the Client Portal if you haven’t set a logo in your Client View Settings in Web Applications.
Set your company’s logo for the Staff Back Office
To set your company’s logo for the Staff Back Office, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Look and Feel > Staff Back Office.
Under Logo, click the white box with the camera icon
to begin.
Upload an image using one of the following methods:
Drag an image to where it says Drag picture here.
Click Select a photo from your computer and choose a file from your computer’s file browser.
Use the editing tools to adjust how the image will be displayed:
Move or resize the blue box to crop the image.
Drag the blue dot along the line to zoom in or out.
Click the Rotate button
to rotate the image.
Click the Cancel button to close the image without saving.
Click Save.
Set your company’s logo for the Client Portal
To set your company’s logo for the Client Portal:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Web Applications > Client Portal.
Under Logo, click the Add Image
button.
Drag and drop an image or click Select a photo from your computer to upload a file from your computer.
Use the editing tools to adjust how the image will be displayed:
Move or resize the blue box on the image to choose which part of the image should be used.
Click the Cancel button
to close the image without saving.
Click the Rotate buttons
to rotate the image.
Click the Confirm button
to confirm the image's appearance.
Click Save.
