The Setup menu

The Setup menu is a primary element of the WellnessLiving system which provides you with access to all your account settings, tools, and related information. Explore the links listed below to learn more about each part of the expansive Setup section.

  • Business
    • Your business’s administrative, financial, and other information is all set up, accessed, and organized.
  • Locations
    • The online representation of your physical business locations.
  • Staff
    • Staff Members
      • All the individuals that work for your business.
    • Staff Roles
      • Allows you to control the access each of your staff members has to Wellnessliving business functionality.
    • Manage Time Clock
      • Tracks staff members’ working hours at the business.
  • Appointments
    • Create and modify one-on-one services that are scheduled individually. Usually the client or a small group of clients requests the appointment and books it themselves online or by phone.
  • Classes
    • Create and modify a series of sessions offered by your business and led by a staff member.
  • Events
    • Create and modify a self-contained series of sessions offered by your business similarly to classes; however, clients are generally expected to attend every scheduled session in the event in chronological order and pay for the series of sessions in advance.
  • Book-a-Spot assets
    • Physical objects or spaces at your business. These items can be booked on their own or reserved as part of a scheduled class and/or appointment.
  • Store Configuration
    • Purchase Options
      • Methods you create which clients can use to pay for services, including Classes, Events, and Appointments
    • Suppliers
      • A tool used to manage contact details and other information about your product and service suppliers.
    • Products
      • You can enter products into WellnessLiving to be sold directly to clients through your online store, or via the point of sale terminal at your business.
    • Gift Cards
      • You can take payment from clients for issued credit. Clients can then use this credit as gifts for others or redeem it themselves.
    • Categories and Layout
      • You can create and sort custom categories to keep your online store organized and intuitive.
    • Discount Codes
      • You can apply discount codes at checkout for a discount. Email blasting or text messaging the discount codes are some ways to send out these promo codes to your clients for any promotional campaigns you are running.
    • Store Settings
      • You can configure settings for your store including your currency, applicable taxes, accepted payment methods, auto payment rules, staff tips and commission, and what text is displayed at the bottom of your receipts.
  • Clients
    • Client Types
      • A classification tool used to organize clients based on their pass and membership statuses.
    • Client Groups
      • An organizational tool used to help identify and separate your clients into custom groups.
    • Edit Fields
      • Add or change the custom fields used on your clients’ profiles to identify specific information.
  • Belts
    • Available to any business type, belts can be used to track your clients’ progress through your classes. You can enable or disable time and visit conditions for belts.
  • Notifications
    • Client Notifications
      • Set up by you to automatically send to your clients when certain events occur within WellnessLiving.
    • Staff Notifications
      • Set up by you to automatically send to your staff members when certain events occur within WellnessLiving.
  • Integrations
    • Groupon
      • Allows you to integrate deals you have offered for prospective clients via Groupon with your WellnessLiving System. This eliminates the need for manual overhead or potential errors when onboarding these daily deal prospects.
    • MailChimp
      • You can synchronize one of your client contact lists from MailChimp with WellnessLiving. Whenever a client is added or modified within WellnessLiving, the corresponding information will update on your MailChimp list. You can disconnect your MailChimp account at any time.
    • Constant Contact
      • You can synchronize one of your client contact lists from Constant Contact with WellnessLiving. Whenever a client is added or modified within WellnessLiving, the corresponding information is automatically added or updated on your Constant Contact list. You can disconnect this account at any time.
  • Website Widgets
    • Windows into your WellnessLiving System you can embed into your website, which allows clients navigate within WellnessLiving without having to log in. The widget types available are:
      • Custom Schedule, Standard Schedule, Lead Capture, Review, Appointment, Event, Store, and Staff.
  • Look and Feel
    • Customize the appearance and interface options for your staff members and clients. You can modify the following settings:
      • Staff Back Office, Schedule Design, Client Web App, Self Check-In Web App, and Attendance Web App.
