Staff members and clients can sign in to WellnessLiving using their WellnessLiving account or a connected Google, Facebook, or Microsoft account. Before signing in using a Google, Facebook, or Microsoft account, the staff member or client must first connect their account. NoteTo sign in with a connected Google account while using Safari on an iPhone or iPad, you must first turn off the Block Pop-ups option in the browser settings. For more information, see Find Settings on iPhone on the Apple Support website.

To sign in to WellnessLiving as a staff member:
- Using a supported browser, go to https://wellnessliving.com/knowledge-sharing.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click STAFF SIGN IN.
- Sign in to WellnessLiving in one of the following ways:
- To sign in using a connected Google account, click Continue with Google and enter the credentials for your Google account.
- To sign in using a connected Facebook account, click Continue with Facebook and enter the credentials for your Facebook account.
- To sign in using a connected Microsoft account, click Microsoft.
- To sign in using your Wellnessliving account:
- In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your WellnessLiving account.
- In the Password field, enter the password for your WellnessLiving account.
- Click Sign in.
- If you want the system to auto-fill your email address and password the next time you access the Staff Sign In page, select the Remember me checkbox.

To sign in to WellnessLiving as a client:
- Using a supported browser, open the link to the Client Web App provided by the business you attend.
- Sign in to the Client Web App in one of the following ways:
- To sign in using your Wellnessliving account:
- In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your WellnessLiving account.
- In the Password field, enter the password for your WellnessLiving account.
- Click Sign in.
- If you want the system to auto-fill your email address and password the next time you access the Client Web App, select the Remember me
- If you forgot your WellnessLiving password, see Resetting a forgotten password.
- To sign in using a connected Google account, click Continue with Google and enter the credentials for your Google account.
- To sign in using a connected Facebook account, click Continue with Facebook and enter the credentials for your Facebook account.
- To sign in using a connected Microsoft account, click Continue with Microsoft and enter the credentials for your Microsoft account.
- To sign in using your Wellnessliving account:
To sign out of WellnessLiving:
- In the top-right corner, click your profile image.
- At the bottom of the flyout, click Sign out.
- If you’re signing out as a staff member, in the confirmation popup, click OK.
