Staff Attendance Analysis Report

The Staff Attendance Analysis Report is a staff report that displays an overview of staff members’ performance during the selected time period. This report can be used to assess the efficacy of your staff members.

This article describes how to view the Staff Attendance Analysis Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report.     To view the Staff Attendance Analysis Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Staff.
    4. On the Staff menu, click Staff Attendance Analysis. The Staff Attendance Analysis Report is displayed.

    Summary cards in the Staff Attendance Analysis Report

    Summary cardsDescription
    StaffThe total number of staff members who provided services within a selected date range.
    Avg Visit Per InstructorThe average number of visits made by the clients for the instructor’s classes within a selected date range.
    AttendedThe total number of booked services attended by clients within a selected date range.
    Late CancelsThe total number of clients marked as late cancel during the selected date range.
    No ShowsThe total number of clients marked as no show during the selected date range. No shows are clients who missed a booked service without canceling it.

    Headings in the Staff Attendance Analysis Report

    HeadingDescription
    StaffThe name and profile image of the staff member is listed in this column. Click the staff member’s name to view their staff profile.
    AttendedThe total number of services that were attended by clients for this staff member during the selected time period.
    Late CancelsThe total number of services that were not attended by clients for this staff member during the selected time period citing the reason late cancel.
    No ShowThe total number of services that were not attended by clients for this staff member during the selected time period citing the reason no show.

    StaffUse this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    TimeUse this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the WeekUse this filter to determine which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    ClassesUse this filter to determine which classes to include in the report.
    EventsUse this filter to determine which events to include in the report.
    AppointmentsUse this filter to determine which appointment types to include in the report.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
