Staff reports can be used to access your payroll options and analyze the performance of your staff members. All of these reports can be filtered using advanced filters, if needed. For information about other report types, see Reports.
|Payroll Summary||A summary of your payroll for the time frame selected, by staff member. Each member of staff’s entry displays the following information about that staff member: Their name, the number of purchases made by them (on behalf of clients), the number of services they directed, the number of clients booked for their services, the number of clients that attended those services, the number of no shows, the number of late cancels, and the dollar amount owed to that member of staff for their work.|
|Payroll Details||A detailed payroll report for the time frame selected. Each payroll entry is displayed in order from earliest to latest. Each entry includes:
|Staff Attendance Analysis||Displays a complete list of your staff members and their average total attendance for the specified date range.|
|Staff Class Average||Displays a complete list of your staff members and their average class attendance for the specified date range.|
|Time Clock Summary||Displays a complete list of your staff members, their hours clocked, and their pay for the specified date range.|
|Time Clock Details||Displays a list of your staff members, their hours clocked, and their pay for each day.|
|Tips Earned Summary||Displays a list of purchases that included tips. Includes staff member, purchase amount, and tip amount.|
|Tips Earned Details||Displays a list of purchases that included tips. Includes staff member, purchase date, purchase location, payment method, purchase amount, and tip amount.|
|Cash Closeout||Displays a list of cash closeouts performed by your staff members during the specified time range. Includes details from each closeout. For more information, see Cash closeout.|
|Client Retention by Staff||Displays a detailed record of staff retention rates during a selected time frame. The results are separate for repeat and new clients.
Repeat clients: Clients who have attended the service before the specified time period.
New clients: Clients who have not attended the service before the specified time period.
