Staff Service Average Report

The Staff Service Average Report is a staff report that displays the average number of clients who attend each staff member’s services during the selected date range. This report can be used to assess the popularity of your instructors and their services, and to manage communications with your staff members regarding attendance.

This article describes how to view the Staff Service Average Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report.     To view the Staff Service Average Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Staff.
    5. On the Staff menu, click Staff Service Average. The Staff Service Average Report is displayed.

    Summary cardsDescription
    ServicesThe total number of services provided by staff members within a selected date range.
    AttendedThe total number of booked services attended by clients within a selected date range.
    Avg Visits Per ServiceThe average number of visits made by clients for the services within a selected date range.

    Headings in the Staff Service Average Report

    HeadingDescription
    Assigned ToThe name and profile image of the staff member is listed in this column. Click the staff member’s name to view their staff profile.
    Service CountThe number of services the staff member has scheduled during the selected date range.
    AttendedThe number of clients who have attended one of the staff member’s services during the selected date range.
    AverageThe average number of clients who attended the staff member’s services during the selected date range.

    FilterDescription
    StaffUse this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    Start Time RangeUse this filter to determine which services to include in the report based on the start time range selected.
    Day of the WeekUse this filter to determine which Day to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    ClassesUse this filter to determine which classes to include in the report.
    EventsUse this filter to determine which events to include in the report.
    AppointmentsUse this filter to determine which appointment types to include in the report.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
