Store Setup Filters

This article describes how to filter the items displayed on the store configuration pages. Filtering the store configuration pages is useful if you have many purchase options, suppliers, products, gift cards, or discount codes.

In this article:

    To filter a store configuration page:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
    3. On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
    4. On the Store Configuration menu, click the option you want to configure (e.g., Purchase Options, Suppliers).
    5. On the selected configuration page, click the Filter button .
    6. On the Filter menu, click the filter you want to set (e.g., Status), and select a filter option from the list.
    7. Click Apply Changes.

    Filter types

    The following tables lists all the filter options in the store configuration pages. Some filter options are only available for specific items.

    FilterDescription
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which items to include based on their location. This filter will not be displayed if you have only one location.
    Purchase Option CategoriesUse this filter to determine which purchase options to include based on their store category. The filter will not be displayed if you have not assigned any purchase options to store categories.
    Purchase Option Service CategoriesUse this filter to determine which purchase options to include based on their service category.
    Purchase Option TypesUse this filter to determine which purchase options to include based on their Purchase Option type.
    Select SupplierUse this filter to determine which products to include based on their supplier.
    StatusUse this filter to determine which items to include based on whether they are active or inactive.
