When using the Achieve Client App, a client can switch to a family member’s profile and perform actions on their behalf. Switching to another profile gives clients the same level of access they would have if they were signed in as that family member.
Clients can only add family members in the Client Web App. For more information, see Client Web App: Managing family members.

NoteIf you access the account of a family member who is missing required information in their client profile, you’ll be directed to the Profile Details page. To learn how to fill out these details, see Achieve Client App: Editing profile details.
NoteClients may not be able to view a family member’s profile based on the configuration of the business’s business policy settings. For more information, see Troubleshooting: Clients are unable to switch between family members.
To switch to a family member’s profile in the Achieve Client App:
- Tap the My Profile tab.
- At the top of the screen, tap the profile you want to access. You will immediately be directed to that family member’s account.
