Your staff members can receive tips (or gratuity) on purchases from the store. They can also receive tips on their Appointments. Calculation of tips are always applied after the sale.

Depending on the type of purchase, tip will be given to the corresponding staff members:

  1. If purchase includes single appointment visit, tips go to the appointment instructor.
  2. If purchase includes an appointment purchase option, tips go to the instructor on the first appointment that has been paid with the purchase option.
  3. All other tips go to the staff member who sold the purchase.
