Troubleshooting: Achieve Client App is no longer live in the App Store

Problem

Your Achieve Client App is no longer live in the App Store.

Solution

This issue will occur if your Apple Developer membership is expired. When your Apple Developer membership expires, your app will automatically be removed from the App Store. To learn how to renew your Apple Developer membership, see Renewing your Apple Developer Account. Once renewed, your app will be live in the App Store within 24 hours.

If your Apple Developer membership is active but your app is not live, please contact achieve@wellnessliving.com.
